Mario Chapados, President and Chief Executive Officer,
Noranda Income Fund's Manager, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec
Mario Chapados has over 25 years of experience in operations and management with Noranda Inc. and Xstrata Canada and he has held General Manager positions at the Brunswick and Horne smelters in New Brunswick and Quebec, respectively. He was also a Trustee of the Fund in 2002 and 2003. Mario graduated from Laval University as a metallurgical engineer.

Michael Boone started his career as a Staff Accountant with Ernst & Young, then joined Noranda Inc. in 1996 as Accounting Manager and became Group Controller for Noranda's Zinc Business in 1999. In addition to his responsabilities of CFO for the Noranda Income Fund's Manager and Administrator, he acts as Vice-President, Finance and Controller for Xstrata Canada. Mr. Boone holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors from Queen's University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Reid BowlbyReid Bowlby, Vice President Marketing,

Reid Bowlby is Vice President Marketing for Noranda Income Fund's Manager and Administrator as well as Vice President Zinc and Lead Marketing for the zinc business unit of Xstrata Canada. Since joining the company in 1978, Mr. Bowlby has held various senior positions including Managing Director of the London (England) based Noranda Sales Corporation of Canada Limited from 1994 to 1996, to Vice President of Zinc and Lead Metal Sales. This role was expanded in 2002 to include raw material purchasing and concentrate sales for lead and zinc. Mr. Bowlby holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Toronto.
